POSITION:                 Development Coordinator (Contract)


REPORTING TO:       Director of Development


LOCATION:               Montreal, Quebec




  • Prepare presentation documents for various meetings and tours;

  • Prepare possession date letters to Tenant;

  • Prepare Landlord authorization letters for Tenants and company professionals;

  • Type and format miscellaneous letters;

  • Travel and meeting planning (planes, hotels, rental, etc.);

  • Expense accounts;

  • Request and follow up on Letters of Credit status;

  • Fill out LEED forms and provided Landlord’s information for Certification process;

  • Occasional reception replacement;

  • Update monthly insurance list of construction project (COPE form & Construction Wrap-up);

  • Fill out quarterly accruals forms;

  • Run monthly Leasing Activity Report for Possession dates;

  • Prepare and send work start notices;

  • Manage communication systems for national meetings (Town Hall, etc.);

  • Liaise with Tenants and External Professionals for information documents;

  • Update Department tracking tables;

  • Manage Lobbying report system.




  • Post-secondary education in administration or related area with at least 2-3 years of administrative experience in a Real Estate, Development environment

  • Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint);

  • Superior communication skills required (in both French and English for Eastern Region);

  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills;

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment;

  • Detail oriented with a demonstrated commitment to quality;

  • Analytical and good judgment and discretion.
