POSITION:                Business Support Analyst

 

REPORTING TO:      Director, Business Process

 

LOCATION:              Toronto, Ontario

 

 Responsibilities

 

  • Assist and support Residential Yardi Voyager users as needed, including: user queries, troubleshooting and error resolution.

  • Develop and maintain Yardi and other process documentation including manuals and other resource materials

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver Yardi Voyager training initiatives to end users and/or process owners.

  • Manage and maintain system security and user profiles including, periodic reviews of users’ access and permissions.

  • Recognize opportunities and implement enhancements to existing processes using Yardi Voyager and other systems as needed

  • Support technology design and re-design activities through interpretation and clarification of business requirements, processes and assess impacts of change

  • Create, execute, and document test cases/test scripts to validate system changes, and provide framework to support end user acceptance testing

  • Liaise, troubleshoot, and resolve issues directly with Yardi Voyager Customer Support and act as a key contact with vendor.

  • Assist and support the Director, Business Process and other Residential stakeholders to define and implement new solutions using Yardi Voyager

 

Qualifications

 

  • 5 years’ experience in administration and user support of Yardi Voyager 7S

  • Strong understanding of Residential Real Estate and other real estate business processes

  • Minimum of 3 years Post-Secondary Education

  • Change management / process re-engineering experience, an asset.

  • Relationship Skills – Superior oral and written communication skills; ability to develop and sustain collaborative relationships; strong service ethic; ability to exercise confidentiality

  • Organizational/Multi-Task Skills - Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines; ability to handle multiple demands, projects and competing priorities,  adaptable to constant changes; self-motivated and managed; flexible

  • Critical Thinking and Analysis Skills – Ability to apply a methodical approach using innovative thinking to achieve solutions.

  • Documentation skills – Superior ability to create and provide detailed yet useable and effective documentation as a foundation for solutions.  The documentation must be able to be understood by multiple stakeholders and applied to the creation of effective solutions
