Leasing Administrator (Temporary, Part-time)

Our Property Management and Construction Division is currently undertaking a search for Temporary, Part-Time Leasing Administrator for a Real Estate client of ours in Brantford


Duties will include: responding to leasing inquiries, following up with prospective renters, booking appointments, showing vacant units, processing applications, preparing leases, accepting rent payments, and handling resident concerns.

Qualifications: Ideally 2 years of leasing or sales experience, good ability in achieving sales or closing the deal, strong customer service skills, can work independently on their own and have excellent organizational skills.


Schedule: (alternating weeks):

Week 1: Monday 1:00 - 7:00, Tuesday 1:00 - 7:00, and Wednesday 9:00 - 6:00

Week 2: Wednesday 9:00 - 6:00, Saturday 9:00 - 3:00, and Sunday 9:00 - 3:00
